Your Puppy, Thoughtfully Prepared
Our Puppy Promise: What You Receive & Why It Matters
At Flatline, every litter is thoughtfully planned and carefully raised with the long-term health, temperament, and well-being of our dogs as the top priority. The investment in one of our puppies reflects not only what you take home, but everything that goes into raising them the right way from the very beginning.
A significant portion of each litter’s proceeds is reinvested directly back into our program. This allows us to maintain exceptional standards of care, provide ongoing health testing, and ensure that our dogs and puppies receive everything they need to thrive.
Breeding responsibly also means being prepared for the unexpected. Situations such as emergency veterinary care or a cesarean section—often costing $7,500 or more in our area—are realities that ethical breeders must be ready to handle without hesitation. By thoughtfully structuring our pricing from the start, we are able to provide immediate, high-quality care whenever it is needed, while also offering consistency and transparency for our families.
When compared to the current market—including many popular companion breeds—our pricing reflects the level of care, planning, and integrity behind our program. Both parents are fully health tested and titled, demonstrating not only sound structure and breed type, but also proven temperament and ability. This is a standard we hold firmly, even as it becomes less common in many breeding programs today.
From birth, our puppies are raised in a structured, enriching environment designed to set them up for lifelong success. They are introduced to Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI), and raised following the Puppy Culture program. As they grow, they are gently exposed to everyday experiences including crate training, potty training foundations, children, older individuals, other dogs, car rides, grooming routines, and more. They are also introduced to water and birds, helping develop confidence and adaptability.
Before going home, each puppy receives:
A full veterinary health examination
First vaccinations and multiple dewormings
Microchipping
Prepaid and completed AKC registration
A third-party temperament evaluation using the Avidog protocol
Each puppy is also sent home with a thoughtfully prepared go-home package to support a smooth transition, including:
Collar and leash
FortiFlora and bully sticks
Collapsible travel water bowl and cleanup supplies
A starter supply of food (dry and wet)
A blanket carrying the scent of their mother and littermates
Familiar and new toys
A heartbeat puppy used during crate training
A keepsake ornament with their baby paw prints
You will also receive a detailed binder with care information, along with vaccination and deworming records, so you feel fully prepared and supported from day one.
Above all, our goal is to raise well-adjusted, loving companions and to match them with families who will cherish them for a lifetime. We believe in being transparent, consistent, and available every step of the way, and we are always happy to answer questions or talk further to ensure the right fit for both our puppies and their future homes.
